How many rooms can I have?

Up to 10 rooms per event. Each room runs its own independent queue.

How much does it cost?

$29 per room per event. No subscriptions, no hidden fees. You only pay for the rooms you need.

Can I reuse my event?

Yes. You can create new events and reuse your song catalog across them. Your song library stays with your organization, so you only need to import it once.

What if a singer doesn't show up?

Volunteers tap "No Show" and the singer is moved to a separate list. The next person in line is promoted automatically. If the no-show singer comes back later, they can be restored to the queue.

How do guests cancel?

When guests sign up for the queue, they receive an SMS with a cancel link. They can tap the link at any time to remove themselves from the queue.

Do guests need to download an app?

No. Everything works in the browser. Guests scan a QR code and the registration page opens directly on their phone — no app download required.

Can guests sign up from their phone?

Yes. Guests scan the QR code displayed at your venue and the registration page opens in their mobile browser. They pick a song, enter their name and phone number, and they are in the queue.
